José C. Paz: Entrepreneur killed during motorcycle robbery

David Elías Ojeda Vázquez, a 23-year-old entrepreneur, was shot and killed during a motorcycle robbery in the Sol y Verde area of José C. Paz, Buenos Aires. The incident occurred on a Monday night on Polonia Street, where suspects disguised as delivery workers intercepted the victim.

Security footage captured the attack, showing the suspects shooting Ojeda Vázquez in the back as he attempted to flee. Following the shooting, the assailants stole his motorcycle, which he used for both personal transport and his online business. The victim was transported to Hospital Mercante, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The case has been classified as ‘homicidio criminis causa’ by the San Martín Judicial Department's Unit 18. In response to the crime and local insecurity, family members, friends, and neighbors have organized a demonstration on Route 197 to demand justice.
