José Fernando Morales Acuña appointed Deputy Director of Invías

José Fernando Morales Acuña has been sworn in as the Deputy Director of Contractual Management and Administrative Processes at the Instituto Nacional de Vías (Invías). He took office on September 24, 2024, before the national director, Juan Camilo Ostos.

Morales Acuña is a lawyer and public administrator with specialized training in Constitutional Law and State Contracting. His previous experience includes serving as a legal secretary, government secretary, and director of contracting for Tunja, as well as manager of the Boyacá Transit and Transport Institute (ITBOY).
