José Luis García-Palacios discusses Caja Rural del Sur legacy

García-Palacios emphasized that while the institution retains the 'Rural' name due to its historical focus on the agricultural sector when major banks neglected it, the entity now operates as a universal bank. Regarding the rise of digital banking, he stated that electronic offerings help traditional banking improve but stressed the continued importance of customer proximity and security.
