Ninel Conde considers legal action against José Manuel Figueroa

A legal and public dispute has emerged between Mexican singer Ninel Conde and her former partner, José Manuel Figueroa, following revelations in Conde’s docuseries, ‘Ninel Conde: Sin Filtro’. In the series, Conde describes a turbulent relationship from two decades ago, alleging instances of infidelity and physical violence, including an incident in Cuernavaca.

Figueroa has categorically denied these allegations, asserting that his recollection of the events differs significantly. He further criticized Conde’s appearance and mental state, suggesting that ‘botox’ might be affecting her memory and commenting on her ability to age with dignity.

In response, Conde’s legal team, Maceo, Torres & Asociados, has issued a statement condemning Figueroa’s remarks regarding her body, age, and maternity. The legal team is currently analyzing the impact of these statements to determine potential legal actions, arguing that freedom of expression does not grant the right to damage a person's reputation or dignity.
