Josefine Scholl discusses rare disease in TV documentary
Josefine Scholl, daughter of former professional footballer Mehmet Scholl, has spoken openly about her struggle with McCune-Albright Syndrome in the ProSieben documentary series ‘Born Famous’. The rare condition causes the bones in the right side of her body to be more porous and susceptible to injury.
During the final episode of the series, the 17-year-old discussed her ongoing medical challenges, noting that she has already attended over 100 doctor appointments. Despite her health issues and not meeting the standard height expectations for the industry, she expressed her determination to pursue a career as a model. She emphasized the vital importance of the support provided by her parents, Mehmet and Jessica Scholl, in managing her condition.
