Josep Cusí, close friend of King Juan Carlos I, passes away

The death of Josep Cusí, a long-time close friend and sailing companion of King Emeritus Juan Carlos I, has highlighted the inner circle that surrounded the former Spanish monarch for decades.

Cusí, who passed away at age 92, was a central figure in the ‘Mallorcan court,’ sharing a deep bond with Juan Carlos I through their mutual passion for sailing on the Bribón vessels.
