Josh Allen climbs to No. 1 in NFL quarterback rankings

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has moved to the number one spot in NFL.com's quarterback rankings, displacing San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, who previously held the top position for two weeks.

Allen's rise follows a performance against the Los Angeles Rams where he recorded 210 passing yards, one touchdown, and 121 rushing yards. Purdy remains ranked second, ahead of Patrick Mahomes and Jared Goff. Despite a season-low passer rating in a Week 5 win against the Seattle Seahawks, Purdy has completed 69 percent of his passes this season with 13 touchdowns and two interceptions.
