Josh Clark seeks final premiership with Uralla Tigers
Josh Clark, a 38-year-old veteran for the Uralla Tigers, is seeking his final premiership before retiring at the end of the season. His last grand final victory occurred in 2006 while playing as an 18-year-old winger for the Armidale Rams.
Clark has a diverse sporting background, having played for the Rams, Barbarians, and Walcha, alongside a stint in premier league soccer. He has held significant leadership roles at the Uralla Tigers, including serving as both club president and captain-coach. Following a period of playing for the Baa Baas during the pandemic and a year at Walcha, Clark has returned to the Tigers, where he credits coach Greg Ryan and the club committee for the team's successful 2025 season and their pursuit of a home grand final.
