Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto to star in reunion film

Actors Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto are reuniting for the romantic drama “Always Yours, Never Mine,” which is scheduled for theatrical release in the Philippines on September 30. The film is directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana and produced by ABS-CBN Studios and Star Cinema.

The project follows the characters across various timelines, ranging from age 18 to over 45. Garcia noted that the role is particularly challenging because the actors must portray characters at ages they have not yet reached in real life. Barretto described the film as a project where the audience grows up alongside the characters.

The official poster was recently unveiled during an event in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. The cast includes Karen Reyes, Bob Jbeili, Migs Almendras, Paulo Angeles, Joy Barcoma, Chanda Romero, and Bianca Umali. International release dates for the film have yet to be announced.
