Joshua Giddings extends Lotto-Intermarché contract until 2028
British cyclist Joshua Giddings has extended his contract with the Lotto-Intermarché team until the end of 2028. The 23-year-old, who transitioned from track cycling to professional road racing, has become a key component of the team’s lead-out train.
After progressing through the team’s development program, Giddings has recently demonstrated an ability to secure individual results alongside his support duties. Notable recent performances include a seventh-place finish in the opening stage of the Baloise Belgium Tour, a second-place finish during the Renewi Tour, and his first professional victory at the Tour of Taihu.
Giddings expressed that while he remains committed to his role within the sprint train, his recent successes have increased his confidence in his ability to pursue personal victories in upcoming seasons.
