Joshua Kerry charged with terror plot against Nigel Farage FAST-MOVING
Joshua Kerry, 28, has been charged with one count of preparation of terrorist acts following an investigation into alleged activity targeting Reform UK leader Nigel Farage. The charges relate to conduct alleged to have occurred between May 31, 2024, and July 8, 2026.
Kerry is also the primary suspect in the murder of 78-year-old former Conservative MP Ann Widdecombe. Widdecombe was found dead in her Devon home on July 8, having been struck 21 times with a hammer.
The terrorism charge follows the reopening of an investigation into an alleged firebomb attack at Farage's home, an incident Farage previously described as an arson attempt involving an incendiary device. Counter Terrorism Policing stated the charge is the result of an intensive investigation involving detectives, analysts, and forensic experts.
