Josip Jurčević leaves Most parliamentary club

Independent Member of Parliament Josip Jurčević has left the Most parliamentary club. Both Jurčević and Most president Nikola Grmoja stated that the departure is due to a decision by the party to rename the parliamentary group to ‘Klub Mosta’ for branding purposes. Previously, the group was known as the ‘Klub zastupnika Mosta i nezavisnog Josipa Jurčevića’.

Grmoja clarified that the change aims to strengthen the party's brand as it prepares for upcoming parliamentary elections and seeks greater visibility. He noted that while Jurčević was offered to stay, the representative chose to leave to maintain his own personal branding. Both parties emphasized that the split occurred in a friendly atmosphere without hostility and that they will continue to cooperate on legislative proposals.

Additionally, Nikola Grmoja announced he will resign as chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice to focus on field activities and party engagement. Zvonimir Troskot is expected to take over the chairmanship of the committee.
