Journalist Jorgelina Vidal dies at age 54

Argentine journalist Jorgelina Vidal passed away in the early hours of Friday, September 4, at the age of 54, following a long battle with cancer.

Vidal had an extensive career in national politics and regional reporting. She began her professional journey at Clarín, working in the newsroom and later in the politics section. She was also noted for her coverage in the Zonal supplements for Morón/Ituzaingó and La Matanza.

In addition to her work at Clarín, her professional trajectory included roles at Télam, CNN Radio, and Radio Mitre. She was a graduate of the Universidad de Morón.
