Hong Kong journalist and content creator Pearl Yan has sparked online discussion following her experience at a sauna in Überlingen, Baden-Württemberg.

In a video shared on Instagram, Yan described her attempt to experience traditional German sauna customs. Despite being aware that nudity is the standard practice, she chose to wear a bikini to observe the reaction. The sauna master approached her and requested that she remove the swimwear, an interaction Yan described by stating, “Honestly, I was shocked.”
