Journalists to honor late colleagues at Chris Hoy charity cycle ride

Journalists Matt Barbet and Louise Minchin are participating in Sir Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4 fundraising cycle ride in Glasgow to support Prostate Cancer UK. The event serves as a tribute to their late colleagues, former Sky News anchor Dermot Murnaghan and former BBC Breakfast presenter Bill Turnbull, both of whom passed away following battles with prostate cancer.

Barbet, a long-time cycling companion of Murnaghan, noted that the late broadcaster was a dedicated supporter of the charity. Joining the ride are several BBC presenters, including Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty, to raise awareness and funds for the organization.
