Moby sponsors Jova Summer Party 2026 in Olbia, promoting sustainable transport
The Jova Summer Party 2026, a concert tour by Italian singer‑songwriter Jovanotti, will open on 7 August at the Olbia Arena in Sardinia. The event highlights sustainable mobility: Jovanotti plans to travel to the shows by bicycle, using dedicated cycle paths and secondary roads.
Shipping company Moby is the technical sponsor for the Olbia stop. It will provide its two large, low‑emission ferries, Moby Legacy and Moby Fantasy, on the Olbia‑Livorno route, handling the transport of personnel, equipment and supplies needed for the concert production. This partnership underscores Moby’s focus on green maritime transport.
Environmental partner Comieco will manage the collection and recycling of paper and cardboard at all tour dates, including Olbia, Montesilvano, Barletta, Catanzaro and Palermo, aiming to increase material recovery and promote sustainable behaviour among attendees.
Poste Italiane will issue a commemorative stamp marked “Jova Summer Party 2026 – 7 8 2026”. The stamp will be available at a temporary philatelic point inside the arena on the day of the concert, offering visitors a tangible souvenir of the event.
