Joy Ballet Studio to perform Rameau’s ‘Platée’ in 2026

Joy Ballet Studio will present a full-scale production of Jean-Philippe Rameau’s French Baroque ballet-opera, ‘Platée’, on December 2, 2026, at the Nerima Cultural Center Grand Hall. This performance marks the group’s first revival of the work in seven years.

The production features a fusion of ballet and opera accompanied by an early music orchestra. Ticket sales for the event are scheduled to begin on August 27, 2026, via the TicketPay system provided by Paymentfor Co., Ltd. Ticket prices range from 5,000 yen for wheelchair seating to 10,000 yen for SS seats.
