Singer-songwriter Joy Crookes has released a reworked version of her song ‘Feet Don’t Fail Me Now,’ titled ‘Feet Don’t Fail Me Now - Part Two,’ featuring artist Ravyn Lenae.

The original track, from Crookes’ 2021 album Skin, recently experienced a surge in popularity, reaching 1 million daily streams and surpassing 315 million total streams. This momentum is attributed to its connection to football following its inclusion in FIFA 22, leading many to view it as an unofficial World Cup anthem.

Crookes stated the song addresses cancel culture, written from the perspective of someone who remains complicit due to fear of being cancelled. She expressed hope that the track encourages listeners to ‘be a bit braver’ and engage in dialogue, noting that making mistakes is part of progress.

Ravyn Lenae joins the project following the success of her single ‘Love Me Not’ and the release of her album Blue Island.
