Joy FM Back-to-School Discount Fair opens in Accra

The Joy FM Back-to-School Discount Fair 2026 has opened at the Joy FM Car Park in Kokomlemle, Accra. Running from September 4 to September 5, the two-day event aims to provide affordable school essentials for parents, guardians, and students ahead of the new academic year.

Vendors are offering significant savings, with some discounts reaching up to 40%. The fair features a wide variety of products, including electronics such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones, as well as textbooks, stationery, school bags, clothing, shoes, and food products.

CompuGhana is the main sponsor of the event, offering discounts on selected technology items like printers, routers, and power banks. Other participating vendors include Kingdom Books & Stationery Limited, Unilever Ghana Limited, and various bookshops and educational suppliers. Maxwell Fugar of the Multimedia Group Limited stated that the initiative was designed to reduce the financial burden on families and provide a more convenient, centralized shopping experience.
