JP Kraemer proceeds with 12 million euro project in Schwerte

German YouTube influencer and automotive personality Jean Pierre ‘JP’ Kraemer appears to be moving forward with a major expansion project in Schwerte, despite a recent announced intention to withdraw from his business empire.

Reports indicate that a formal handover of a 40,000-square-meter industrial site in Schwerte, North Rhine-Westphalia, took place on Tuesday. The project, referred to as ‘JP World,’ is estimated to cost approximately 12 million euros. While Kraemer’s personal role in the upcoming development remains unclear, employees and legal counsel were reportedly seen at the site.

Kraemer’s business, JP Performance, has evolved from a tuning workshop into a diverse brand encompassing clothing, car care products, a museum, and gastronomy. The planned expansion aims to consolidate various branches of his business empire into a single location near the A1 motorway.
