Újpest defeats Vasas 3-1 in Hungarian NB I comeback

Újpest secured a 3-1 victory against Vasas in the sixth round of the OTP Bank Liga at the Szusza Ferenc Stadion. After a scoreless first half, Vasas took the lead in the 48th minute through a header by Patrick Iyinbor.

Újpest responded with a rapid turnaround, scoring three goals in just twelve minutes during the second half. Étienne Amenyido equalized in the 71st minute, followed by a penalty from Aljosa Matko in the 75th minute. Gleofilo Vlijter completed the comeback in the 82nd minute.

The win marks a significant result for Újpest, as Vasas had not won an away match against them since October 1997.
