JPMorgan funds €3.35 million to train workers for Europe’s evolving energy sector

JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced €3.35 million in new philanthropic funding to advance skills and employment pathways in France, Germany, and Spain's energy sector. The donation is intended to support jobseekers by equipping them with skills needed for Europe’s evolving energy landscape and to strengthen pathways to employment in the sector.

The program aims to reduce the talent deficit in sectors crucial to the energy transition by expanding employability through specialized training. It focuses on building a capable workforce across the three countries to meet the demand created by shifts toward renewable and other energy technologies.

The initiative will be deployed in Spain, France, and Germany, reflecting JPMorgan Chase’s targeted effort to address workforce needs amid Europe’s ongoing energy transition.
