JPMorgan issues varied analyst ratings for European industrial and logistics firms

JPMorgan has released several updated analyst ratings and price targets for various European companies. For Knorr-Bremse, the bank maintained a ‘Neutral’ rating with a price target of 108 euros, noting that order intake, revenue, and operating results fell short of consensus estimates. While concerns regarding the truck segment did not materialize, the railway division remains a significant factor.

Regarding the energy sector, JPMorgan maintained an ‘Overweight’ rating for E.ON with a price target of 21.70 euros, expressing confidence in the company meeting its annual targets despite upcoming regulatory discussions and an ongoing cost-cutting program named ‘Polaris’.

In the logistics sector, the bank kept a ‘Overweight’ rating for DHL Group with a price target of 65 euros, citing a disciplined industry environment following recent data from UPS. Conversely, the bank maintained an ‘Underweight’ rating for Henkel with a price target of 65 euros, observing that while organic growth was stronger than expected, it was primarily driven by price increases.
