JPMorgan releases top ten stock picks for September

JPMorgan has updated its list of ten preferred stocks for September, selecting companies across various sectors following a positive performance by Wall Street in August. The bank's recommendations include major technology firms such as Amazon and Alphabet, as well as Walmart, Caterpillar, and Broadcom.

Among the notable picks is Take-Two Interactive, which analysts suggest has a potential upside of approximately 43% with a price target of $310. This optimism is largely driven by the anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto VI, which saw approximately 4.9 million pre-orders as of late August.

Additionally, the bank has included Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) in its income strategy, replacing EPR Properties. GLPI, a real estate investment trust that owns casino properties, is highlighted for its relatively secure 7.5% dividend yield. Analysts have issued an 'overweight' recommendation for the stock with a price target of $51.
