JR Kyushu and Moonstar announce new train-themed kids' shoes

Moonstar Co., Ltd. and JR Kyushu Shoji Co., Ltd. have announced the second release of the ‘JR Kyushu Train x Carrot’ kids' shoe collection. The new line features designs inspired by three popular JR Kyushu trains: the white 800 Series ‘Tsubame’, the black-based ‘36 plus 3’, and the orange 783 Series limited express ‘Huis Ten Bosch’.

The footwear incorporates specific vehicle colors, logos, lights, and body lines to replicate the appearance of the trains. The shoes will be available in sizes ranging from 13.0 to 18.0 cm and are priced at 5,720 yen (including tax).

Sales are scheduled to begin on October 10, 2026, via the JR Kyushu official online store, ‘Station Master’s Recommended JQ MALL’. The products will also be available at the JR Kyushu booth during the 33rd Railway Festival held at Odaiba East Promenade in Tokyo on October 10 and 11, 2026.
