JR Kyushu announces tenants for new Amu Plaza Tenjin

JR Kyushu has announced the first phase of tenant selections for ‘Amu Plaza Tenjin’, a new commercial facility in Fukuoka City’s Chuo Ward. Replacing the existing ‘VIORO’ facility, the project is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027. The initial announcement includes 31 stores, featuring 19 new tenants such as BEAMS, various Baycrew’s brands including IENA and EDIFICE, and ABC-MART GRAND STAGE. Exterior construction is set to begin on October 1.

Separately, REJUVENATE Co., Ltd. announced the opening of its 123rd personal gym location, ‘ReViNa Kamifukuoka’, scheduled for October 1, 2026, in Fujimino City, Saitama Prefecture. This marks the company’s 18th location in Saitama as it continues its rapid expansion toward a goal of 150 locations by August 2026.
