JRA to host Anniversary event with free admission at racecourses

The Japan Racing Association (JRA) will host the ‘JRA Anniversary’ event on September 21, 2026, to celebrate its founding anniversary. Centered at Nakayama and Hanshin racecourses, the event aims to attract diverse audiences, including those new to horse racing, by offering free admission and discounted 100-yen reserved seating.

Key attractions include the ‘Ani-Burger Fest,’ featuring gourmet burgers from across Japan and special collaboration burgers designed by the popular video creator group Fischers. The event also features a real-life mystery-solving game supervised by RIDDLER, themed around Kazuma Hayami’s novel ‘The Royal Family.’

At Nakayama Racecourse, a special talk show will feature author Kazuma Hayami and actor Mahiro Takasugi. Additionally, visitors can receive free short stories written by Hayami. A portion of the sales from the anniversary day will be donated to support relief efforts for the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake.
