Jörg Pilawa to host new cognitive quiz show on SAT.1

Jörg Pilawa is set to host a new quiz show titled ‘Wer ist Deutschlands Superhirn?’ (Who is Germany's Superbrain?) on SAT.1 and Joyn. The program, produced by Tresor TV, focuses on testing the cognitive abilities of 50 contestants across six categories: logic, memory, spatial thinking, visual perception, arithmetic, and language.

Based on the French game show ‘Le Dernier Cercle’, the format moves away from traditional factual knowledge to measure overall brain performance. Contestants compete through six rounds, moving closer to the host in concentric circles, with a top prize of up to 50,000 euros for the winner.
