JSW Cement reports 22% revenue growth in Q1 FY27

JSW Cement Limited has reported its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. The company saw a 22% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching ₹1,896 crore, up from ₹1,560 crore in the same period the previous year.

Total volume sold rose by 15% year-on-year to 3.81 million tonnes. This growth was driven by a 27% increase in cement volume, which reached 2.34 million tonnes, and a 3% increase in Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) sales. The company attributed this momentum to existing regions and a ramp-up in the North region following the commissioning of an integrated unit in the Nagaur district of Rajasthan.

Despite the revenue growth, operating EBITDA decreased by 7% year-on-year to ₹298.6 crore. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹153.4 crore and a net debt of ₹3,856 crore as of June 30, 2026.
