After eight years of operation in Vietnam, J&T Express has established itself as a frequent choice for various delivery needs, including e-commerce shopping, business logistics, and personal shipments. Since entering the Vietnamese market in 2018, the company has served as a shipping partner for major e-commerce platforms, brands, and individual sellers.

To cater to the growing demand from individual customers, J&T Express has developed a dedicated mobile application that allows users to create orders online, preview shipping fees, and track shipments in real time.
