JU Omakase has launched a dedicated delivery service in Fortaleza, Brazil, utilizing its own platform to expand its reach. The service features a curated menu developed by chef Rogério Carvalho, maintaining the omakase concept where the chef selects the dishes for the customer.

Marcelo Pimentel, founder of Grupo Pim Food, stated that the delivery service is intended to complement rather than replace the in-person dining experience. The menu is designed specifically for transport, taking into account temperature, texture, and presentation, and uses specialized packaging. The selection of dishes will be updated periodically based on seasonal ingredient availability. Customers can report allergies or dietary restrictions through the platform for individual evaluation by the team.
