Juan Gabriel's Florida mansion listed for $38.9 million

The former estate of Mexican singer and composer Juan Gabriel, located in Southwest Ranches, Florida, has been placed on the market for $38.9 million. The property, which spans four hectares, was reportedly acquired by a limited liability company in 2022 for $9 million.

If sold at the current asking price, the value would be more than four times the original purchase price. The listing, managed by Coldwell Banker, represents one of the most expensive real estate advertisements ever recorded in the Broward County area, surpassing the previous record of $22.5 million.

The estate features a main residence with five bedrooms, a guest house, and several other buildings. Additional amenities include two swimming pools, ponds, fruit trees, and a 3,198-square-foot basketball court. The property previously housed various family members, including the artist's son and mother.
