Juan Gabriel's Florida estate listed for $38.9 million

The former estate of legendary Mexican singer Juan Gabriel, known as ‘El Divo de Juárez’, has been placed on the market in Southwest Ranches, Florida, for $38.9 million. Located in Broward County, the nearly 10-acre property features six buildings, including a five-bedroom main residence, a guest house, and a wellness building equipped with a gym, sauna, steam room, and massage room.

Notable amenities include two swimming pools, fruit trees, and a professional-grade 975-square-meter basketball pavilion that currently hosts a non-profit program. The estate also contains a clubhouse with a private cinema, a bar, and gaming stations.

Records indicate the current owner, an LLC, purchased the property in 2022 for $9 million. The new asking price represents more than four times that initial investment. Juan Gabriel originally purchased the estate in 1995 and transferred it to his son in 2015, prior to his death in 2016.
