Juan Luis Guerra joins Festival Presidente 2026, boosting Dominican music event

Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, through its Presidente brand, announced that Dominican singer‑songwriter Juan Luis Guerra will be a headline act at Festival Presidente 2026. The festival, scheduled for the Centro Olímpico Juan Pablo Duarte, will be produced by SD Concerts and sponsored by Scotiabank and Visa. The announced lineup also includes Don Omar, Beéle, Milly Quezada and Dalvin La Melodía.

Festival President Fabián Suárez said the event is an "ecosystem" that drives economic activity, contributing directly to the Dominican Republic’s GDP and supporting hotels, transport, gastronomy and the creative sector. Organisers highlighted sustainability and accessibility measures such as entrepreneur spaces, adapted routes for people with disabilities, hydration points, waste‑management, crowd‑control and security protocols. Ticket sales will be opened in the coming days.
