Juanfran Pérez Llorca faces allegations in political dossier

A dossier containing allegations against Juanfran Pérez Llorca, the President of the Generalitat Valenciana, has surfaced, potentially impacting his candidacy for the People's Party (PP) in upcoming regional elections. The document, which the PSPV intends to submit to the Prosecutor's Office, highlights alleged irregularities during Llorca's tenure as Mayor of Finestrat (2015–2025).

The dossier identifies three key collaborators, including lawyer David Serra, who has close professional and personal ties to Llorca. Serra previously served as a high-ranking official in the PP and was convicted of electoral offenses and document falsification in a prior case.
