Juanma Moreno travels to Brussels for Committee of the Regions plenary

Juanma Moreno, President of the Junta de Andalucía and co-president of the Committee of the Regions (CoR), is traveling to Brussels for the CoR plenary session starting October 12. His visit coincides with the inauguration of the European Week of Regions and Cities.

Moreno’s agenda includes speaking at the European Parliament alongside leaders such as Roberta Metsola and António Costa. Key topics for discussion include forest fires, droughts, disaster risk reduction, anti-racism strategies, and the protection of democracy in Europe. Additionally, sessions will cover technological infrastructure, industrial aid, and the European Union's Multiannual Financial Framework. Moreno is scheduled to preside over various CoR plenary sessions during his stay in the Belgian capital.
