Juara opens registration for fishing festival with R$ 143,000 in prizes

The municipality of Juara has opened registrations for the 10th edition of its Fishing Festival, featuring a total prize pool of R$ 143,000. The competition is scheduled for September 27 at Balneário Luiz Riva, located along the Arinos River.

Participants will compete in a motorized boat-based catch-and-release format, where the winner is determined by the largest valid fish caught. The event is limited to 200 teams, with registration fees set at R$ 600 per team. The festival will also include musical performances starting on September 26.
