Juazeiro do Norte announces housing registration for Minha Casa, Minha Vida

The City of Juazeiro do Norte has announced the scheduling period for housing registration for the Residenciais Mirante da Serra I and II developments. This process is part of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program.

Registration for in-person appointments will take place from September 21 to October 9, 2026, exclusively through the municipal online platform. In-person service is scheduled to run from October 14 until November 12, 2026. Applicants must bring original documents and copies, including official identification, CPF, proof of residence, and proof of income where required. The Municipal Secretariat of Social Assistance (SAS) and the Municipal Council of Social Interest Housing (CMHIS) noted that scheduling does not guarantee the allocation of a housing unit.
