Jubin Cantik launches Kooqa lifestyle furniture brand

Jubin Cantik Sdn Bhd has launched Kooqa, a new lifestyle furniture brand that incorporates handmade ceramic tiles into modern, minimalist furniture designs. The brand was introduced during a media preview at the company’s headquarters in Kajang, Selangor.

Kooqa’s collections are designed for residential use as well as commercial spaces such as hotels and cafes. The initial product lineup includes three distinct series: The Plinth Collection (coffee tables), The Accent Collection (console tables), and The Metal Series, which combines iron structures with tile patterns in table and stool sets.

The launch marks a significant evolution for the company, which began in 2016 as a wallpaper retailer named Wall Planet. Under the leadership of CEO Firdaus, the business transitioned into the tile industry in 2019 via Décor Flava before rebranding to Jubin Cantik in 2021. The company currently operates four branches in Kajang, Shah Alam, Wangsa Maju, and Johor Bahru.
