JucisRS and Badesul sign data sharing agreement

The Board of Trade, Industry and Services of Rio Grande do Sul (JucisRS) and the development agency Badesul have signed a cooperation agreement to share business data. Signed during the Expointer event, the agreement allows Badesul to access the State Registry of Mercantile Companies, including registration information and images of constitutive, modificative, and extinctive corporate acts.

The partnership aims to increase efficiency in project analysis and credit granting. By accessing this data directly, Badesul intends to streamline financing processes and provide greater legal security for entrepreneurs.

The agreement stipulates that all data processing must comply with personal data protection legislation. Access will be restricted to authorized personnel and used strictly for the purposes outlined in the agreement under confidentiality measures. No financial resources will be transferred between the institutions, and each entity will cover its own expenses. The agreement is valid for 60 months following its publication in the State Official Gazette.
