Judas Priest announced as headliner for Masters of Rock 2027

British heavy metal band Judas Priest has been announced as the headliner for the Masters of Rock festival, scheduled to take place from July 8 to 11, 2027, in Vizovice, Czech Republic.

The band is currently working on their twentieth studio album, with recording sessions having begun in Nashville earlier this year. Festival director Jiří Daron noted that the band is expected to perform material from this upcoming release. The group's previous appearance at the festival in 2024 was marked by a significant thunderstorm that briefly interrupted their set.

In addition to the upcoming performance, the band recently released a ‘The Best Of Judas Priest’ collection. The announcement comes amid news of lineup changes, including the departure of long-time bassist Ian Hill.
