Beatriz Biedma testifies regarding alleged harassment and threats

Magistrate Beatriz Biedma, who investigated the case involving the brother of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, testified before the Audiencia Nacional regarding alleged harassment and threats to her safety. Biedma reported feeling persecuted, stating that unknown individuals approached her daughters' school while impersonating her brother or secretary.

According to reports from the Civil Guard's Central Operating Unit (UCO), the investigation involves a network allegedly attempting to destabilize judicial proceedings. This includes efforts to contact the Los Rocho drug clan in Badajoz to potentially cause physical harm to the judge. Cintia Rocho, a member of the clan, reportedly told investigators that an intermediary suggested Biedma should be 'eliminated.'

Biedma identified former judge Luis José Sáenz de Tejada as a central figure in a campaign of personal attacks and discredit. While the investigation explores the involvement of Leire Díez and other figures in a suspected plot to obstruct justice, Biedma testified that she does not personally know Díez and cannot confirm her direct involvement in the surveillance.
