Judge recuses herself from Steven Tyler sexual abuse trial

The civil sexual abuse lawsuit against Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has faced a significant delay after Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Young recused herself from the case. The decision comes less than two weeks before the trial was scheduled to begin on September 28.

Judge Young disclosed a potential basis for disqualification to legal counsel for both Tyler and the plaintiff, Julia Misley.
