Judicial and audit authorities launch anti-corruption training initiatives
In Peru, the National Control Authority of the Judiciary (ANC-PJ) and the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR) have announced a nationwide training program for judges. The initiative focuses on the correct registration and presentation of the Sworn Statement of Income, Assets, and Rents (DJIBR). The goal is to prevent errors, omissions, and non-compliance that could lead to disciplinary action, while promoting transparency in judicial functions.
In El Salvador, the Court of Accounts of the Republic (CCR) concluded its third Anti-Corruption Specialization Program. The program trained 58 professionals from the central headquarters and regional offices in San Miguel, Santa Ana, and San Vicente. CCR President Walter Salvador Sosa emphasized that preventing corruption is essential for protecting public resources and ensuring they are translated into services and opportunities for the population.
