Judiciary of the State of Mexico certifies 70 employees in dispute resolution

The Public Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (MASC) has completed the certification process for 70 judicial employees of the Judiciary of the State of Mexico. The certified individuals include staff from family courts and specialists from the Family Coexistence Center (Cecofam).

The certification followed 130 hours of theoretical and practical training. Participants underwent evaluations through mediation simulations with actors to test their technical skills, ethics, and ability to conduct conciliation processes. The curriculum covered ten modules, including human rights, gender, childhood, vulnerability, conflict theory, neuroscience, and communication techniques.

This initiative is part of the Judiciary of the State of Mexico’s commitment to continuous professional development and the strengthening of alternative dispute resolution methods to foster dialogue and human-centered justice.
