Judo Grosseto secures silver at Trofeo Italia

Judo Grosseto achieved early season success at the Trofeo Italia held in Borgo Valsugana, Trentino. Massimo Borracelli secured a silver medal in the -38 kg category after winning four consecutive matches. Although a controversial refereeing decision in the final prevented him from taking the gold, the performance marks a strong start to the competitive season.

Additionally, Lucrezia Chiella performed well in the +70 kg category, finishing in fifth place. These results highlight the progress of the club’s youth athletes as they begin their new competitive cycle.
