JUFEJUS judicial offices announce leadership training program

The Foro de Oficinas Judiciales of JUFEJUS has announced the third phase of its virtual training program titled ‘Quise ser líder pero fallé: aprendiendo de nuestras experiencias’ (I wanted to be a leader but I failed: learning from our experiences). The session is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00 via Zoom.

Coordinated by Melina Jajamovich, the program utilizes 22 real-life stories to facilitate reflection on the challenges of leading and managing teams within the judicial system. The initiative aims to transform past mistakes and difficulties into concrete opportunities for improvement, focusing on strengthening leadership capabilities, task coordination, and the efficiency of judicial services.
