Juho Kantola to compete in British Superbike series at Assen

Finnish motorcycle racer Juho Kantola is set to compete in the British Superbike (BSB) series at the Assen circuit in the Netherlands from September 18–20, 2026. Representing the DucatiJK36 team on a Ducati Panigale V2, the 21-year-old will compete in the Quattro Group British Supersport class.

Kantola’s decision to return to the BSB series follows a strong start to his season, highlighted by a notable performance at the Imatra races. During that event, he secured three podium finishes in four starts, narrowly losing a battle for victory against veteran racer Gary Johnson by just 0.062 seconds. Following his performance in Assen, the team is scheduled to participate in further BSB competitions at Donington Park in early October and Brands Hatch in mid-October 2026.
