Juici Patties launches franchise drive in Trinidad and opens first Tampa locations

Jamaican‑born restaurant chain Juici Patties announced a franchise programme to bring roughly 20 outlets to Trinidad and Tobago. The company, which operates 66 sites in Jamaica and more than 30 in the United States, is seeking operators with at least US$200,000 in liquid capital. The initiative marks the chain’s first major expansion into the twin‑island republic and reflects a broader Caribbean growth strategy.

In the United States, Juici Patties is preparing its debut in the Tampa Bay area, filing plan‑review paperwork for two new stores—one in Tampa and another in St. Petersburg—through developer Nimo Ventures LLC. The Tampa locations will join existing outlets in Miami and Orlando, extending the brand’s presence in Florida.
