Juicy Marbles launches 'Butcher‑Minced Bangers' plant‑based sausages in UK

UK plant‑based meat brand Juicy Marbles has expanded into the sausage category with the launch of its new ‘Butcher‑Minced Bangers’. The six‑pack is sold exclusively online through retailer Ocado from 31 July 2026 at £4.09 per pack.

The sausages are made using the company’s whole‑cut plant protein and fat, replicating the coarse‑ground texture and visible fat cubes of traditional butcher‑made bangers. Each 100 g serving provides 12.4 g of protein, fibre, iron and vitamin B12, and contains no preservatives. Co‑founder Luka Sinček said the product aims to give the sausage category an “experiential overhaul” and is suited to classic British dishes such as bangers and mash, full English breakfast and toad‑in‑the‑hole.
